Our founder, Nigel A. Blair Sr., was born in Jamaica and migrated to New York at the age of 13, where he began his journey in the accounting profession. With a degree in Management Accounting, Nigel built his career over the decades working as a Financial Controller for some of the largest hotel chains in the country. In 1999, he relocated to Florida and continued his leadership in finance and operations before launching Blair’s Management Group to serve a broader range of clients.

Backed by over 35 years of experience, Blair’s Management Group Inc. offers a comprehensive range of services including accounting, tax preparation, payroll, bookkeeping, business formation, and non-profit registration.
